Please read everything that Hero is posted.

Rugga, my Husband has so much written up and he really wants to talk to you. The only reason he has not posted his feelings and what he learned yet s because 1- he was traveling 2- He has spent every waking moment connecting and sharing with me, and 3- His heart is so full, and he has so much to share, there are just not enough pages to express it all.

Rugga, he will post soon. In the meantime he or I can email you his notes on "helping your wife heal". He typed them up while on his trip. I feel your heart in wantiing to help her heal, and for that I have such gratitude for you and call you a "real man". You "get it". I can see that you have moved past you....what you need, and what you want... and that means you are truly ready to help your deserving wife. If you want he will email you or calll you. You will need to send your information to my email myangelmyfriend@gmail.com. Not sure if you are comfortable doing that, but he will share all he has learned, and believe me....I testify, it is working..... It is real.....

I feel like my healing is on the fast track. I have been on the earth long enough to know the honeymoon period, and this aint it. I am feeling his heart for the first time and it is beautiful.

Thanks Sista D
"There is still rough waters ahead. The difference now is that we are in the same boat he had a paddle too.

Keep reaching out. Never stop connecting to us and others from your group. You must call someone everyday. I really hesitated to call someone because I thought I might be taking time away from her, but I am learning how important that lifeline really is. I don't call everyday, but we are in touch and she is my angel.

Love to you D.

Me and phone calls
"I don't do phone calls, program or otherwise. I have a serious thing with using the phone. I don't use it unless I absolutely have to. I've never liked to make calls. I email, text, chat, and blog (and go to meetings and counseling). I also have a hard time asking for help or taking people's time. I feel like it's too much to ask. One of those things I need to work on. :)"

"Now, my brothers and sisters, let not Jesus’ redemption for us stop at the immortalizing dimension of the Atonement, “the loosing of the bands of death”. Let us grasp the proffered gift of eternal life! We will end up either choosing Christ’s manner of living or His manner of suffering! It is either “suffer even as I”, or overcome “even as [He] … overcame”. His beckoning command is to become “even as I am”. The spiritually settled accept that invitation, and “through the atonement of Christ,” they become and overcome! "
