Day 13 and still clean and boy this last week was an absolute battle and temptation racking at my mind, and boy I prayed during those times, and I felt the help from above, I recently saw the bishop and I am always amaze of the love they have and the willingness to help I am now working to go to the temple a couple days before thanksgiving but now I am on alert because Satan will be trying harder then ever, so I will pray even harder, thanks everyone for your prayers I know it is because of the prayers of heaven that I was able to get through the hard times.

"I'm glad things are going well for you and that you are aware of the increased struggles you may have as you work to go to the temple."

"Stay vigilant! HARPOON! You can do this! The Savior is the most powerful! He has your back. Call out to HIM! I hope you are working on recovery. Are YOU? Repentance is not recovery!"

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
