I was good today other than when I woke up. I should have jumped out of bed and gone to work. I'm going to try really hard this week to be a good boy.

It's a start
Even one minute of "sobriety" is progress for some of us. One day at a time has to start with one minute at a time. Keep with it. All of us have been there; you can do it.
Don't let the adversary get you down. He'll try to make you think that if you aren't perfect, then you shouldn't bother trying. I know he's tried that with me. Trust me, it's worth the effort.
Prayers are with you, man.

"In a decaying environment, the mind is the last redoubt of righteousness, and it must be preserved even amid bombardment by evil stimuli. Christ is competent to see us through, “for in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted” As promised, He will make either “a way to escape” or a way “to bear it”."
