I say unto you that if ye should serve him who has created you from the beginning, and is preserving you from day to day, by lending you breath, that ye may live and move and do according to your own will, and even supporting you from one mometn to another--- I say, if ye should serve him with all your whole souls yet ye would be unprofitable servents.

Spoken by the example of true servant leadership King Benjamin in humility so as to be very careful not to take the credit that is the Lords.

This is all the more reason I will attempt to humble myself and be greatful for the experiences I recieve. He places into my life what I need, I will serve him but be blessed every time and in eternity so I will never be able to even the score.

He is the creator and all glory be to him and his name. I have recieved that which is good from him and that which is bad I have submitted to and he is the way back.

Please today Lord help me focus on higher thoughts of love to give back and bring value to others and to stand both physically and spiritually on higher ground.

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
