I just want to say a big thank you for making the spouse/family manual available on this site - particularly the manual that is listed. I have been working through it and it's exactly what I've been needing. I know it's only a trial version, but I hope it becomes used more widely for spouses of those with pornograpy addiction. It is a great resource!
For any on here (or any who lurk anonymously!) facing the challenge of their loved one having this addiction, I highly recommend it!
If you are the one with the addiction and your spouse is struggling to heal, please gently suggest it to them. Download it and have it available to them. It is a wonderful resource and although I'm only on the second step, I know it's already helping me.

Agree!
"I absolutely agree that this is a fantastic resource. Thankfully there are may resources out there that help, all a little differently, but all help. When I found out about my husband's addiction I wanted to find the 1 fix all heal all book. Well, I haven't found it yet. But I benefit a great deal from LDS ARP, S-Anon, and most recently SA Lifeline. I like how SA Lifeline is bringing together LDS ARP and S-Anon. We have different needs at different times in our healing. LDSAR has been wonderful for me too. I am so grateful for this site.

I have put this out there on this website recently, a blog that I started for spouses and family members of addicts. It is a collection of resources that have helped and continue to help me on my journey. I also shared my story. It was super scary to do it, but the response has been amazing. The Lord loves us. Addicts, spouses and family members. He provides inspired people to help us, for which I am eternally grateful. Programs work when we work them. Healing comes. There is so much hope! http://earthlifeisateamsport.blogspot.com/"

"Develop discipline of self so that, more and more, you do not have to decide and redecide what you will do when you are confronted with the same temptation time and time again. You need only to decide some things once. How great a blessing it is to be free of agonizing over and over again regarding a temptation. "
