Thank you to everyone that had replied, given advice, shared their story and given encouraging words.

Relief is the feeling I get. When I get these thoughts and feelings off my chest.

I'm praying for you to.

"ARP meetings work for me so well, in part, because sharing with others allows us clarity. Hearing from others is so validating. We need anonymous places when we are dealing with these type of issues.

Empathy is healing. I think that is why the Savior went through the atonement for us....so He would have perfect, complete empathy. Not just sympathy. Pure empathy."
