Hey Folks,

I am Sidreis, daughter of God in recovery from a sexual addiction. Some of you may remember me since I used to blog a bit over here.

I just wanted to reach out here and let those of you who don't know me of some resources available to us.

For everyone: is a blog roll of LDS bloggers who blog about their personal recovery journeys. There are both addict and codependent bloggers and it is not limited to any particular addiction - however it is mostly sexual addiction.

For women: is a message board specifically for LDS women who struggle with sexual addiction. This is a great little community of women from all walks of life and all stages of recovery.

My personal blog is and on it you can find my own testimony of the Savior and how He has healed me throughout my own journey, but also many other resources.

If you have any further questions you are welcome to email me at bythelightofgrace (at) gmail (dot) com.

Thanks all!

Much love,

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
