Talking with my bishop....

This is a step that I have to take! I just set up a time to meet with my bishop. I can't be scared of the consequences anymore. Even though I am still scared beyond belief I know that my Heavenly Father and my Savior are right beside me. I can't believe I've ignored what they have been trying to tell me for WEEKS!

Its time to do this!!

P.s. If I can take this step ANYONE here can take it. I have SO much on the chopping block, but I have to grit and bare it.

"My prayers are with you, good sister. Tell us how it goes. Go humbly and with God. This will only be a good thing, no matter what happens. Blessed are you for going to your Bishop when you feel you have so much to lose. That shows you love God more than this world — hopefully more than your sin. God bless you."

have courage
"It took me several years to have courage to meet with the bishop. Sitting in that office was very uncomfortable. At first but then I felt the bishops sweet spiriit and when I was having a hard time confessing he reminded me that I would tel so much better afterward. He was right and the Savior was right there with us that day. Even if you have so much you may lose it will all work out if you have faith and plead to him every day to help you. Good luck."

best decision
"this is probably the best decision you can make.
i too have had this issue and it felt amazing to get it off my chest!
i also thought that my sin was the biggest and i would get the worse punishment possible.
but just know that this is for your benefit."

"Just as the landfill requires dedicated work and attention, laboriously applying layer after layer of fill to reclaim the low-lying ground, our lives also require the same vigilance, continually applying layer after layer of the healing gift of repentance.…Our Father in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ, feel sorrow when we choose to remain in sin, when the gift of repentance made possible through the Atonement can clean, reclaim, and sanctify our lives. When we gratefully accept and use this precious gift, we can enjoy the beauty and usefulness of our lives... "
