Staying Clean Forever

I had a problem with p&m before my mission. I cleaned up during my mission but picked it up again a year after I got back. I cleaned up and stayed clean for eleven years. For whatever reason I started up again where I binge on p&m for a day about 4-5 times a year.

I AM DONE WITH THIS! I want to be clean and stay clean forever. My last "slip up" was about a month ago and so far I am doing well. I have been pro-active about keeping my thoughts clean and staying away from any harmless entry point that may lead to looking at things that I should not.

Peace to you all!

Thoughts clean that is the key

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
