I'd like to post a random question.

I'd like everyone who logs in and sees this to answer.

It's simple.

Who on this site is still married?

And how many are on this site are divorced?

I ask because I'm divorced.

I really feel alone in this battle.

At church I'm the only single adult raising kids.

The other singles are at least 10-15 years older than myself.

I could really use some support.

im 35, div...yea me!
"dont feel so bad...we are all dealing with hard things these days. esp on this site...
we guys are all battling this and most of us will probably battle for a while...but it gets easier with practice. patience.
alot of us are dealing with the Goliath of Lonliness.............."

"For almost 17 years. 4 kids. Maybe my husband is an angel. Maybe he is a fool. I don't know. But, I'm an addict and he is sticking with me, so I guess I can't complain."

Hang in there
"Yeah, it does feel lonely...and sometimes no matter how many loved ones are around us, it's still lonesome. I'm divorced, and fairly recently. I have a son and he's 15. I don't live with him or even close to him. He is in Utah and I'm in California. Most people on here have a pretty good understanding of pain and suffering...allow them to be a support if you truly feel alone, and allow the savior to be in your life too. I know things can get hard, so keep your chin up."

"27 years. Addicted for 35 or so...Like many others we almost split, but got the help we needed and stuck it out. Not easy, but worth it."

"Lucifer will do all in his power to keep you captive. You are familiar with his strategy. He whispers: “No one will ever know.” “Just one more time.” “You can’t change; you have tried before and failed.” “It’s too late; you’ve gone too far.” Don’t let him discourage you. When you take the path that climbs, that harder path of the Savior, there are rewards along the way. When you do something right, when you resist temptation, when you meet a goal, you will feel very good about it. It is a very different kind of feeling than you have when you violate commandments—an altogether different feeling. It brings a measure of peace and comfort and provides encouragement to press on. "
