An update...

I have so much hope. My life over the last year has been miraculous. I have been completely sober since January. I have met regularly with my Bishop, counselor and am now enrolled in a Lifestar counseling group that will last for nearly 2 years.
I have learned so much. I have hurt so bad. I have wanted to crawl in a hole and die at times but I am still here. Still making progress. Contrary to my faulty core belief, my wife still loves me and is working through this process with me.

I have a long, long road ahead. but life is so much better as an honest person.

Thanks for your support and prayers.

I loved reading this post
"Thanks Whattodo for sharing, Myid, good to see your supportive comment, 1day@atime, I agree, reminds me of the book "Miracle of Forgiveness" could be said for anything, Miracle of Support, Miracle of endurance, Miracle of being Honest etc. etc. etc. we are spirits having a human experience, not humans having spiritual experiences, I think it would be good for me, hopefully for all if we could focus on every little miracle that goes on in our lives, helping to put off the natural man, listen to our spiritual selves, acknowledging the spirits influence, feeling more of Love our Savior offers us, I think he offers more when we fall down, but we feel it more as we get back up."
