Attended an Online Heart t Heart Meeting and the spirit was so strong. I was almost driven to tears which for me is a big deal. Alot of good memories came back to me about beginning on the path to recovery 5 years ago with reading the book 'Clean Hands Pure Heart'. I actually felt Love. Even for myself - If I can do the things to keep this spirit in my life I'll be able to get some sobriety.

Yes! Yes!
"This is your higher power, my friend! You've nailed it on the head, " beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Make him your foundation my friend, seek to have the spirit in your heart at all times. Amen."

"By emulating the Master, who endured temptations but “gave no heed unto them,” we, too, can live in a world filled with temptations “such as [are] common to man”. Of course Jesus noticed the tremendous temptations that came to him, but He did not process and reprocess them. Instead, He rejected them promptly. If we entertain temptations, soon they begin entertaining us! Turning these unwanted lodgers away at the doorstep of the mind is one way of giving “no heed.” Besides, these would-be lodgers are actually barbarians who, if admitted, can be evicted only with great trauma."
