So I relapsed or however you spell it... I spent the weekend grumpy beating myself up and being depressed. The scriptures really helped me turn that around and make it postive. That is all for today. Tomorrow I will write more. But I was wondering about some hints about picking someone for sponsorship. I dont like to talk about my addiciton with people and I find myself not very open. Any suggestions?

Do you attend meetings
"If so are they LDS or SA community meetings?

Part of addiction is not talking about it. Sponsorship is key when it comes to recovery. And remember, they have been where you are now. You can't say anything to them they have not said themselves. Satan would have you keep this addiction in the dark as much as possible.

You have to surrender all you are to come to know christ and he will carry your burden for you. "

"Brothers and sisters, stay on the straight and narrow path. No, stay in the middle of the straight and narrow path. Don't drift; don't wander; don't dabble; be careful. Remember, do not flirt with evil. Stay out of the devil's territory. Do not give Satan any home-field advantage. Living the commandments will bring you the happiness that too many look for in other places. "
