Matthew 11:28 — Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 11:29 — Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Matthew 11:30 — For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Shame is still the thing I have difficulty with. Today, I just met with my Bishop about me getting baptized again. I have two pictures in my room I have Carl Heinrich Bloch's painting of the Saviour and beside it is a picture of the Temple, it's a nice reminder of where I to be back to. The two songs below are also a nice reminder of that.

God Bless!

LOVE IT
"I think that one of my biggest hang ups is my own pride. I think that I can change myself. I think that I have to look good all the time. I think that I can't be weak.
I watched the 2 music videos, I loved them. Thanks for sharing the scriptures, your thoughts & the music. I needed it."

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
