Today was a rough day. So I signed on to this site for support. And I realized that you all are my family. I love you all. You support me so much. You help me out and lift me up. You are there for me and I will always be here for you. When you are hard on yourself or talk about giving up, I just wish you could see what I see. I see a bunch of strong men and women that want to be better. You want to be the real you. It hurts me when I read about the pain you are going through. It makes me happy to hear when you realized something great or when you had a successful day. You inspire me. I'm rooting for you. I'm praying for you. We've got this. With God, we are unstoppable.

Please know that we are all with you
"and we are all here to support you. Thank you for so many kind and encouraging words, and for your great example. You have been an inspiration to me and I thank you for that. Thank you for helping me to not give up on myself. It would be so easy to do, but you inspire me. Thanks for helping me to see myself in a better light. Let's always look for the good in each other."

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
