I don't have the time to maintain these regrets when I think about the way.

I've been down and out lately. Last night I drove around and a song called "How he loves" popped into my head. David Crowder band sings it and so does flyleaf. The words are simple and they basically repeat. I was down but something told me to sing. I did with out any music. Then something said sing louder. I did. I felt stupid but then started laughing because 1 people started looking at me and 2 I know I cant sing. But the thing is the song reminded me I am loved even though I dont feel it. Also the lord speaks to us in ways we can understand.... i understand stupidity obviously lol.

So if you are down and out and nothing is helping belch out your favorite christian song no matter who is around! God doesnt mind if youre a horrific singer either.

He is jealous for me.
Who loves like a hurricane, i am a tree.
Bending beneath the weight of his wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden i am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed bu glory.
And i realize just how beautiful you are
And how great your affections are for me.

OH how he llves us so
Oh how he loves us
how he loves us all

Yeah he loves us
oh how he loves us
Oh how he loves us
Oh how he loves

And we are his portion and he is our prize
We're drawn to redemption by the grace in his eyes
If grace were an ocean we're all sinking
And heaven earth like a unforeseen kiss
And my heart it beats violently inside of my chest
I don't have the time to maintain these REGRETS
when i think about the waaaaaaaay.

That he loves us
oh how he loves us
Oh how he loves us
Oh how he loves

"That's awesome! I love it! I wholeheartedly agree with you. God speaks to us in ways we can understand. It sounds like you're doing better. That's so awesome. I think it's safe to say that we've all been praying for you so I'm glad that you're doing better. Best of luck to you.

And remember, God DOES love you, whether you believe it or not. And that can never change. Rock on, sister!"

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
