i am amazed to say that today is day 9, for a couple of reasons. #1 is that the time has gone by very quickly. and the bigger reason i find suprise that today is day 9 is that this weekend something happened that in the past has triggered a porn and MB binge. after it happened, and all thru the weekend, only once did i even consider, but i quickly removed that thought from my mind. conference was great, especially the preisthood session.

Keep plugging ahead
"It will not be this easy in about another week or two.

Keep reaching out and doing recovery work, reading scriptures, and pray without stopping. That is your strength. Do not let any of that slip and pretty soon you will be posting that it has been 60-90-365 days!!!

You go kaybee, do it, do it. do it. !"

"The Savior teaches that we will have tribulation in the world, but we should "be of good cheer" because He has "overcome the world". His Atonement reaches and is powerful enough not only to pay the price for sin but also to heal every mortal affliction… He knows of our anguish, and He is there for us. Like the good Samaritan in His parable, when He finds us wounded at the wayside, He binds up our wounds and cares for us. Brothers and sisters, the healing power of His Atonement is for you, for us, for all. "
