So after going thru my usual cycle of abstaining for some time then binging now I am back with a week of soberness even though it has been hard but after reading some things about porn addiction and how the climax of arousal can only happen when ur mind is only focus on one thing I decided I didn't want to the dr jeckyl and mr. hyde as when I look at porn and climax of that my focus is on that and not on my wife where it should be. and if I am focus on my wife it is far more worth it then the porn or mb. Even though it takes more effort there is more of substantial relationship there and one that with time can be of a celestial nature and that would be awesome!!

Good Job!

Keep it up
"I am so happy for you and that you're making the effort to think more about your wife, even though it is hard. I am so grateful for your efforts. You are in my prayers. Keep it up. I hope that things are still going well :)"

"By emulating the Master, who endured temptations but “gave no heed unto them,” we, too, can live in a world filled with temptations “such as [are] common to man”. Of course Jesus noticed the tremendous temptations that came to him, but He did not process and reprocess them. Instead, He rejected them promptly. If we entertain temptations, soon they begin entertaining us! Turning these unwanted lodgers away at the doorstep of the mind is one way of giving “no heed.” Besides, these would-be lodgers are actually barbarians who, if admitted, can be evicted only with great trauma."
