I was thinking about it and i said "maybe i'll wait 3 days.." but i did it today just a few minutes ago i told my dad only because my mom was at the hospital with my sister he was very helpful.I thought he was going to be angry but he was the opposite although i can tell it hurt him and seeing it did hurt me too.Now i'm determined to give it up not only does addiction hurt you but it hurts the people around you.He told me i'll have to talk with my bishop i told him i know,he also said he'd have to tell my mom.I still have a long way to go but I've also come a long way 2 weeks ago i couldn't even dream about opening up and now i just did.I also do feel better...i'm glad i opened up and i couldn't do it without you guys. :)

THANK YOU!

"Oh my gosh you just made my day. i was feeling a bit empty and emotionless but you helped in making me feel better. I'm so proud of you. You are by far the coolest 15 year old out there, i don't care what anyone of those bullies say. i'm really happy that you feel better and that you're determined. this is only the beginning, and no matter what happens know that the Lord loves you and you're doing the right thing. ahhh! my gosh i'm so happy you were able to open up. that gives me alot of hope in the fact that we can choose to do things that are of Christ and we can choose to be happy. Today I'm choosing to be happy and i'm gonna find the positive things in life.

Thank you for sharing :)"

Ya Buddy
"Nice, Satan just lost a big battle for control.
Sweet.

Now if only I did this when I was your age.

How depressing to even think abot it.

Good for you.

Now does freedom not taste great?"

Way to go!
"I am so happy for you. I was telling my dad about you. He is so happy that you are doing what is right! I am proud that you took this step. Now Satan can't convince you to back out. Rugga is right, you've delivered a major blow to his power."

Congratulations!!
"Way to go Teddy! I also agree with Rugga, you knocked Satan down with that one! Keep moving in this direction and he will never be able to make you fall again!

Something my bishop told me when I talked to him a little over a month ago was to read my patriarchal blessing more frequently. It can give you some insight into how your Heavenly Father sees you, and help you to see yourself in that same light. If you don't have a patriarchal blessing, maybe you should talk to your bishop about getting one as soon as you are ready.

You are a royal son of our heavenly Father. He loves you, and you are becoming exactly the person He knows you can be. He knows you better than anyone and loves you!! Strengthen your testimony of that and you'll begin to realize that nothing anyone else says or thinks matters at all.

You're definitely on track for a GREAT life Teddy! Just keep it up!"

Awesome move Teddy!
"That was a great move you made in telling your Dad -- it was exactly what the advisary didn't want you to do. My 15 year old son came to me about 6 months ago with the same issues you have and I was so proud of him for having the courage to do what he knew was right and has the desire to fight rather than give in -- purity is real and we can all be pure!

Power in Purity!"

"The Savior teaches that we will have tribulation in the world, but we should "be of good cheer" because He has "overcome the world". His Atonement reaches and is powerful enough not only to pay the price for sin but also to heal every mortal affliction… He knows of our anguish, and He is there for us. Like the good Samaritan in His parable, when He finds us wounded at the wayside, He binds up our wounds and cares for us. Brothers and sisters, the healing power of His Atonement is for you, for us, for all. "
